Arms out, wild and forever
The collected poems of Margaret Tufton
Crime Doesn't Pay - A Triolet
If crime doesn’t pay
I’ll be happy from Monday,
For then I could say
(If crime doesn’t pay)
Out loud
: “I’m away
From next Monday to Sunday!”
If crime doesn’t pay
I’ll be happy from Monday.
